We are partnering with our client to recruit their HR Manager. Our distinguished client is a leader in providing end-to-end supply chain solutions across multiple industries, with a strong emphasis on the Food Service and FMCG sectors. For certain clients, they offer Procurement and Inventory Ownership & Management through a 4PL service model. Many of these 4PL clients are prominent multinational QSR brands recognized for their well-established systems and processes. The company efficiently oversees its operations using a Legacy Demand and Inventory Planning Process, supported by system data and spreadsheets. Their leadership team comprises highly experienced industry professionals who bring deep expertise to the organization.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and the development of best-in-class HR practices. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive organizational culture, attracting top talent, and driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

– Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent.
– Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
– Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
– Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring practices.

Employee Engagement

– Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
– Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
– Plan and execute employee engagement events, programs, and recognition initiatives.
– Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, fostering open communication and resolving workplace concerns effectively.

HR Practices and Policies

– Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and procedures to align with industry best practices.
– Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
– Develop and manage performance management systems to encourage continuous employee development.
– Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an inclusive workplace environment.
– Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and training materials.

Qualifications

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
– Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policy development.
– Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
– Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies that drive business goals.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
