What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition – Own the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top-tier talent.

Employee Relations – Be the go-to person for HR policies, benefits, and employee queries, ensuring a great workplace experience.

HR Operations – Maintain employee records, manage payroll data, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Performance Management – Support review cycles, track employee progress, and foster a culture of feedback and growth.

Training & Development – Coordinate training sessions and upskilling initiatives to keep our team ahead of the curve.

Policy Implementation – Help create, refine, and communicate HR policies to support a strong and inclusive company culture.

What You Bring

✅ Education – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

✅ Experience – 1-3 years in an HR role, with hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

✅ Skills –

✔ Strong knowledge of HR functions like hiring, performance management, and team engagement.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage HR processes in a dynamic environment.

✔ Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
