Job Description
Manager – Human Resources
– To oversees planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies for Modular Kitchen Business.
– Conduct in-depth search, interviews of potential candidates within the framework of the position specification.
– Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.
– To determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
– Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
– Uses advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy.
– Involve in participating & implementing key critical initiatives.
– Develop, Implement and administer employee policies to enhance employee relations.
– Manage new hire orientation process and introduce new employees to the Company culture.
– Manager Employee Compensation & Benefits. Provide periodical compensation and benefit reports to the Leadership team and make recommendations to improve the process.
– Monitor internal HR systems and databases
– Design and implement company policies.
– Monitor key HR metrics
– Manage and drive effectively on-boarding of the new joined candidates ensuring a high-level experience
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree
– Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in HR Recruitment
– Experience in Modular Kitchen industry preferred.
– Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
– Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suit
