Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Aaryans World School located in Pune. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. They will also ensure compliance with labor laws and create a positive workplace culture.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
