Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
People Operations Manager
to drive key HR functions, enhance employee engagement, and foster a high-performing workplace culture. This role will serve as a strategic partner to managers and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations, policy compliance, and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and adept at balancing business objectives with employee well-being.

Key Requirements
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to attract, hire, and retain a diverse and engaged workforce.
Support workforce planning initiatives to align talent strategy with business goals.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees to resolve workplace conflicts, performance issues, and policy violations.
Monitor employee engagement levels and work closely with leadership to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
Design and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture, team-building, and employee experience.
HR Policies & Compliance
Recommend and implement new HR policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws, providing guidance on policy interpretation.
Own HR compliance, audits, and reporting by collaborating with Finance, Legal, and other departments.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee the seamless onboarding of new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Manage leave and attendance tracking, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Lead training and development programs to upskill employees and drive career growth.
Predict and address attrition risks through effective attrition management strategies.
Performance Management & Payroll
Support annual performance management cycles, salary reviews, and workforce planning.
Work with leadership to ensure a fair and transparent performance appraisal process.
Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience : Minimum 3+ years in IT HR operations, employee relations, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with HR tools and systems for workforce management, payroll, and reporting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
