Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Ridhi Mehra in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR functions, recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR policies, and supporting organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.

• Recruitment, Onboarding, and Training skills
• Employee Relations and Performance Management skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
• Organizational culture development and Employee Engagement skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
