The platform is a one-stop shop that provides a complete set of features like a landing page builder, payment gateway, chat, email and whatsapp automations, community software, gamification and a lot more.

Expected salary: 6-12LPA + ESOPs

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at TagMango in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and procedures. They will also guide and support employees, manage HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

– Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
– Training and Development, HR Policies and Procedures knowledge
– Experience in guiding and supporting employees
– HR initiative management and Compliance expertise
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
