Manager – Human ResourcesTo oversees planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies for
Modular Kitchen Business.Conduct in-depth search, interviews of potential candidates within the framework of the position specification.Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.To determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship managementUses advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy.Involve in participating & implementing key critical initiatives.Develop, Implement and administer employee policies to enhance employee relations.Manage new hire orientation process and introduce new employees to the Company culture.Manager Employee Compensation & Benefits. Provide periodical compensation and benefit reports to the Leadership team and make recommendations to improve the process.Monitor internal HR systems and databasesDesign and implement company policies.Monitor key HR metricsManage and drive effectively on-boarding of the new joined candidates ensuring a high-level experience
QualificationsBachelor’s degreeMinimum 3 – 5 years of experience in HR RecruitmentExperience in
Modular Kitchen industry
preferred.Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasksProficient in Microsoft Office suit
