About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource operations. This role requires a combination of HR generalist skills and a deep understanding of
recruitment, knowledge of statutory requirements, ISO audit & Factory Act.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:Source and screen attract top talent through various channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, and Monster.Conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and define job requirements.Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Employee Management:Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.Address employee grievances and concerns promptly and effectively.Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Timekeeping and Payroll:Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other compensation and benefits.Monitor employee attendance and timekeeping records.
HR Policies, Audit and Regulatory Compliance:Conduct regular internal audits of HR records and policies, ensuring adherence to statutory and certification standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.Ensure HR practices comply with all applicable labor laws, the Factory Act, and relevant regulations to maintain a safe and legally compliant workplace.Handle various HR-related paperwork, including contracts, offer letters, and employment agreements.

3+ years’ experience in Human ResourcesStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve
