Job Summary
As the HR Manager in a Business Partner role, you will work closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive growth, performance, and engagement across the organization. In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insight, coaching, and HR expertise to influence decision-making. You’ll work to enhance the employee experience, strengthen organizational capability, and support change initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, facilitate development programs, and drive initiatives for high-potential employees. Lead initiatives to foster career growth, retention, and engagement.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives by providing clear communication, coaching leaders, and facilitating training that aligns with the organization’s vision and values.
- Work with leadership to integrate DEI initiatives into people processes, ensuring equitable and inclusive practices in hiring, development, and culture-building.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform and influence strategic decisions. Provide insights on key HR metrics, such as turnover, employee engagement, and talent acquisition, to guide leadership and improve the employee experience.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment laws. Support the rollout and interpretation of policies to keep teams informed and compliant.
- Support initiatives that foster a positive work culture, such as engagement surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Use feedback to continuously improve the employee experience.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred.
- 8+ years of HR experience in a business partner or strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent management, workforce planning, and change management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with leaders and employees.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use HR metrics to guide decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
