HR Manager
Location: Hyderabad, India

Overview:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Senior HR professional with a strong background in Human Resources and a proven ability to handle diverse responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:1. Hiring & Integration:
- Design and optimize the hiring process, including sourcing strategies tailored to each role, ideal hiring sources, interview structures, and rounds.
- Build relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 MBA colleges for campus hiring initiatives.
- Develop structured interview frameworks, including cultural fit assessments and role-specific key questions.
- Create and implement seamless onboarding and integration plans by understanding the nuances of each role and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
2. HR Operations:
- Oversee critical HR functions, including leave management, employee relations, employee insurance, and query resolution.
- Develop and refine HR policies, employee agreements, and compliance documentation.
- Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as attrition, engagement, and performance trends, to inform decisions.
- Efficiently manage employee queries and concerns with a mature and solution-oriented approach.
3. Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and foster a collaborative workplace culture.
- Organize events and activities for employees to strengthen team bonds and align with organizational values.
- Conduct surveys and create actionable plans based on employee feedback and ratings.
4. HR Projects:
- Drive HR transformation projects, focusing on incorporating advanced technology into HR processes.
- Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency of recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
- Innovate and execute strategies for enhancing organizational culture and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct quarterly and annual rating sessions, providing feedback and addressing performance challenges to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution (IIMs or Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA colleges preferred).
- 3 + years of experience in HR roles with exposure to hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently handle multiple tasks and drive projects from concept to execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence employees across all levels.
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing hiring and onboarding processes.
- Analytical skills to track and interpret HR data for decision-making.
- Familiarity with HR technologies and tools to improve efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a problem-solving attitude.
