The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

Employee Onboarding
Organise the onboarding processes for the new team-members including:
Completion of documentation and joining formalities including signing of HR Manuals, HR Policies, Non-disclosure agreements
Issuance of laptops, email addresses, workspaces, slack set-up
Introduction with team members and leads
Induction and awareness of critical items of the contracts and policies
Upload and update all details pertaining to the new employees on HRMS and other MISs used by the Talent Function
Ensure that finance and accounts are made aware of new joinees, their compensation and incentive commitments
Ensure that the compliance team is handed over all signed documents

Employee off-boarding:
Organise the off-boarding processes of team members who are leaving the company:
Completion of all exit formalities and documentations including exit forms, NOCs from different departments and compliance related documents
Collection of laptops, transfer of data and cancellation of email addresses, slack IDs
Update all HRMs and MISs as applicable
Appraisals
Ensure that team leads and respective team members have completed the monthly reviews and incentives are worked out in time for processing the payroll.
Create monthly report and assist the organizations in the appraisal process
Collate results and share it with team leads for approvals
Policies and Systems:
Ensure that Human resource policies and processes are implemented and followed across all functions and highlight discrepancies to employees or team leads, as required
Process the payroll and incentives as per the leaves, performance inputs received from team-leads in a timely manner
Provides support to employees in understanding and availing leaves, benefits in a transparent and accountable manner
Employee engagement:
Initiate and implement innovative Team building activities.
Responsible to develop and implement communications, events and engagement plan with the team members

Qualifications and skills::
MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management
6-8 years of experience in managing HR systems, processes
Experience in managing HRMS
Proficient in Data management, Documentation, Communication
Prior work experience with a fast-growing start-up will be preferred
