Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager at iLogitek Business Solutions. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Training and Development and HR Policy Implementation skills
• Experience in conducting HR activities for a remote workforce
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
