Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring HR compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

• Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
• Employee Relations and HR compliance knowledge
• Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
