Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Operations Manager at Autism Care Plus. The role involves overseeing HR operations, policies, management, and employee relations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Operations skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and employee relations
• Experience in HR processes and operations management
• Experience in payroll processing
• Experience in hiring and employee onboarding
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the healthcare or therapy industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
