Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Operations Manager at Autism Care Plus. The role involves overseeing HR operations, policies, management, and employee relations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes.

Qualifications

– Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Operations skills
– Knowledge of HR policies and employee relations
– Experience in HR processes and operations management
– Experience in payroll processing
– Experience in hiring and employee onboarding
– Strong organizational and leadership abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and remotely
– Experience in the healthcare or therapy industry is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
