Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Operations Manager at Autism Care Plus. The role involves overseeing HR operations, policies, management, and employee relations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes.

Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Operations skills
Knowledge of HR policies and employee relations
Experience in HR processes and operations management
Experience in payroll processing
Experience in hiring and employee onboarding
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the healthcare or therapy industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
