This role requires someone who can think strategically about hiring and workforce development while also working hands-on with the team to support the company’s growth and culture.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the precision agriculture and technology sectors.Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.Establish relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and industry networks to build a strong talent pipeline.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Employee Retention:Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Conduct regular employee surveys to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Develop and manage employee recognition and rewards programs.Work with management to ensure clear career paths, succession planning, and opportunities for growth and development.Lead initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Fyllo’s mission and values.HR Strategy & Operations:Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.Monitor and analyze HR metrics to track recruitment performance, retention rates, and employee engagement.Stay updated on employment law and best practices to ensure compliance.Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and retention programs, ideally within the tech or agriculture sectors.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.Knowledge of employment law, talent management, and HR best practices.Demonstrated success in implementing strategies to improve employee retention and satisfaction.Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the agriculture or technology industries.HR certification (e.G., SHRM-CP, PHR).Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.Why Fyllo?Be part of an innovative team driving the future of agriculture.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A positive, mission-driven company culture.Competitive salary and benefits package.
