As an HR Specialist at Pixelo, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies to support our dynamic team. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to plan and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the best talent acquisition practices are in place and facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
- Design, implement, and manage employee training and development programs to foster continuous learning and growth within the organization.
- Administer and optimize employee benefits programs, including health plans, ensuring they meet the needs of the workforce while staying within budget.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback, and supporting their professional development.
- Conduct and analyze employee engagement surveys and activities to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between departments.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and any workplace issues promptly and fairly.
- Lead conflict resolution and mediation efforts, promoting a harmonious workplace culture.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Regularly meet with department heads and employees to assess progress, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of HR experience, with a strong track record in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within HR, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and mediation, with a focus on positive outcomes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic approach to HR challenges.
- A positive, empathetic attitude, with a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
