Job Description
This position is responsible for providing technical support to our customers and developing strong relationships with customers, sales, and product teams as a trusted advisor to facilitate solution improvements.
Responsibilities
· Interaction with our customers and providing them with direct sales support.
· Marketing activities, potential client research
· Monitoring Sales Plan Vs actual- Reviewing monthly sales.
· Identify any custom technical requirements and coordinate as necessary with the product team
· Perform client and prospect demonstrations (both virtual and in-person).
· Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers
Job requirement
- High drive level and ability to be proactive.
- BE Mechanical
- Willingness to travel (70 % of travel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical sales support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player.
- Should be able to join immediately.
Qualification
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in (BE/B-tech) in the Mechanical
