IIHMR University seeking an experienced ‘ Digital Marketing, Social Media & Advertising Professional’
to enhance the university’s digital presence and drive effective online marketing campaigns. The role focuses on managing the university’s social media platforms, optimizing paid ad campaigns, and fostering engagement across all digital channels. This position is crucial for increasing visibility, attracting prospective students, and promoting the university’s academic programs through targeted digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Social Media Handles:
Oversee the university’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
You-Tube Channel Management:
Administer and grow the university’s YouTube channel, ensuring regular and engaging content.
Content Publishing:
Create, curate, and publish engaging content across all platforms.
Ads Expertise:
Develop, execute, and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
Media Spend Management:
Handle significant monthly media budgets with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal designers and other marketing stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Required Skills:
3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, ads, and content creation.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, marketing automation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and ability to manage media budgets efficiently.
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
