Job Description
– Talent Acquisition:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, and Business Development sectors.
– Utilize HR software (specifically SAP) to streamline hiring processes and maintain candidate databases.
– Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure a strong cultural fit.
– Organizational Culture Development:
– Collaborate with executive leadership to define and promote a positive company culture aligned with organizational values.
– Design and implement feedback systems for employees to enhance engagement and performance.
– Foster an inclusive work environment that supports diversity and employee well-being.
– Employee Onboarding and Development:
– Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
– Create programs for continuous employee development, performance management, and career progression.
– Metrics and Reporting:
– Monitor recruitment metrics and employee satisfaction surveys to inform strategic decisions.
– Prepare reports on HR initiatives and outcomes for executive review.
– Travel Requirements:
– Willingness to travel to different plants and offices as needed to support HR initiatives.
