DotPe is seeking a talented Motion and Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual aesthetic, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging content across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

– Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos, presentations, and social media.
– Design and produce high-quality graphics for websites, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
– Edit and enhance video content with motion elements, transitions, and effects.
– Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and other designers to ensure a cohesive visual language.
– Conceptualize and execute design projects from start to finish, adhering to brand guidelines and project deadlines.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

– Experience: 3-7 years of professional experience in motion and graphic design.
– Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
– Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and design projects.
– Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines., with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva), Dreamweaver, and CorelDRAW.
– Creative Skills: A keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs.
– Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
– Time Management: Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Education: A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
