Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director at Infopace Management Pvt Ltd in Karnataka, India. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, implementing performance management strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. Will focus on the Talent acquisition, talent pool management and robust recruitment process . This needs to be leveraged for the end customers as well.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
Employee Relations and Performance Management
Labor and Employment Law
Experience in strategic human resource planning and development
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Relevant certification or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
