Job Overview

We are hiring for the position of Inside Sales Associate at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd, a leading Recruitment Agency in the Staffing & Recruiting industry. This is a full-time role based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in Inside Sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong client service orientation
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through telecalling and online channels to generate leads
• Conduct cold calling to introduce our services and build relationships with prospects
• Provide information and guidance to clients on our recruitment solutions
• Understand client requirements and customize solutions to meet their needs
• Maintain a database of clients and regularly update the information
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Follow up with clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to better serve clients
