Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Experience: 2+ years
CTC: upto 6 LPA (depending on the experience )
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT solutions, cloud technology, and cybersecurity offerings.
Profile and analyze customer data to identify potential leads and target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales, with a focus on IT solutions, cloud technology, and cybersecurity.
Strong ability to profile and analyze customer data for lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
