Inside Sales Executive
Position Summary:
To provide sales and marketing functions the required support in building a pipeline of Qualified Leads and Opportunities to meet business plans, quarterly quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, emails, business networking, social media, etc.
Responsibilities:
Research, track, maintain and update leads
Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
Make outgoing calls to generate new leads/opportunities
Contact prospects to qualify leads (use BANT)
Research and maintain lead generation database in CRM
Record all activities in CRM
Conduct customer research
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s solutions and services in order to facilitate the inside sales process
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Experience with cold calling
Experience with research and maintaining databases
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience in using CRM and Database Tools
Strong time management skills
Experience working with US Geography (preferred)
Preferred IT Services Experience in ITSM, Product Engineering, Cloud background
