Position: Inside Sales Manager (North American Market, Lead Generation, Setting up appointments, cold calling, US Sales)
Location: Noida
Experience Level: – 10 to 15 years
Required Skills: Individual contribution role + Team Handling, Inside sales, Cold calling, IT Services, US Market, Qualified Lead Generation
Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (US Shift Timings)

Essential Skills and Responsibilities:
Minimum 10 Years of experience in IT Services.
Researching our ideal target segments for their needs, behavior and activities
Engaging with potential clients to explain the value of partnering with Damco and understand how it might align to their business objectives
Processing and nurturing top of the funnel leads to generate interest in Damco’s services and offerings
Processing cold data sets to develop awareness of Damco’s offering and generate buying intent through multiple channels – LinkedIn, Email, Calls
Develop custom messages and emails for the prospects based on the given templates
Managing cross functional relationships between Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to optimize outcomes
Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs and Directors
Achieving or exceeding monthly lead generation goals
Leveraging marketing automation, CRM and digital marketing tools to create, send and measure emails, calls and other outreach to improve conversion rates and client success
Proactively learn sales prospecting tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo etc.
Research, map and develop custom acquisition plans for each prospective client
