About the Role:Position Title: IT Finance Corporate Title: Assistant Vice PresidentReporting to: Vice President Location: Bengaluru Work hour: Follow Singapore timeJob Profile: IT FinanceManage IT investment budget across the APAC regionResponsible for the reviews of investment project applications, which includes guiding/ advising applicants on the budget application till the approval of the investment project for APAC countries ((Singapore as Regional HQ and 10+ branches) with estimated amount of SGD100mil annually.Review monthly investment projects forecast, follow up on the outstanding items, prepare consolidation for variance analysis and reporting for APAC.Maintain and ensure data quality and completeness of the budget, actual and forecast for investment reports.Monitor and track systems investment budget utilization, assess the gap and implement necessary measure to improve the utilization.Provide support in the preparation of finance monthly, quarterly reporting and adhoc meeting materials and reports.Maintain internal and external resource rates and act as liaison on any communication between relevant stakeholders.Identify process improvement opportunities, work with respective stakeholders to formalize and support the implementation. To support Head of Departments and Line Heads in planning and promoting ASO initiatives.Assist Line Heads in responding to the instructions from Head Office audit / Internal Audit department / Internal control / External inspection.Provide support to the process transformation projects including the implementation of IT finance budgeting tools.Qualifications / Criteria:A Degree, preferably experience in Accounting & Finance, or ACCA with minimum 7 years of relevant working experienceRequire Responsible, proactive, fast learner, hands-on, work independently with less supervision.Preferably, having experience in handling IT finance, project portfolio management related matters.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Advanced ExcelPossess good communication, writing and analytical skills.Ability to work within a pressurized environment, meeting challenging deadlineEnergized to operate with urgency and prioritizing work accordinglyPreferably to have the ” Change” adoptable mindset.Job Requirements:5+ years of experience in project financial management or in a related field, and preferably with expense / financial reporting roles during the periodAbility to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Possess excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.Prior experience in project management or IT within the financial sector preferred.Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
