Responsibilities:
Plan , allocate and manage all project resources. Guide tesm members to produce high quality work.
Interact with diverse range of people including Developers,Business Analysts and Clients to understand their needs, validate designs and deliver solutions on time.
Can manage multiple tasks and ensure clients achieve their goals.
Facilitate process discussions and run user experience sessions with clients to help them better and adopt solutions.
It would be advantageous if:
Has 7+ yaers of work experience with exposure to IT projet life cycle.
Has good experience in managing and implementing software projects end to end.
Has managed clients relationships and expectations
Lead teams through a project cycle.
Ability to lead client discussions and present effectively.
Has working experience in ERP/CRM
Worked on salesforce clouds like sales cloud, service cloud, experience cloud, marketing cloud, Non profit cloud, CPQ, etc.
