About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented
HR Intern
to support our HR team in various operational and strategic functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations in a dynamic startup environment.
Role Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Manage and update the database of candidates and employees.
Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies, documents, and reports.
Address employee queries and provide support for HR-related issues.
Research and suggest strategies for improving HR processes and systems.
Skills and Preferred Education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with HR tools, ATS systems, or platforms like
is a plus.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is advantageous.
Preferred Degrees:
Undergraduate students:
BBA, B.Com, BA (Psychology, Sociology), or related fields.
Postgraduate students:
MBA (HR), MA (Psychology, HR), or related fields.
College students in their
2nd, 3rd, or 4th year
