Juhu Resorts & Development Pvt Ltd owns and operates The Emerald Hotel & Executive Apartments, a 4 Star Deluxe Hotel located in the upmarket suburb of Mumbai, Juhu. The hotel offers various accommodations including rooms and fully furnished studios, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments for short and long stays. With amenities such as a restaurant, cafe, bakery, fitness center, business center, and travel desk, the hotel caters to both leisure and business travelers. Additionally, the hotel provides conferencing and banqueting facilities for events hosting 10 to 350 guests.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Sales Executive at The Emerald Hotel & Executive Apartments. The Banquet Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the hotel’s banqueting services, handling inquiries, conducting site visits, coordinating event details, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of banqueting and event management
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in the hospitality or events industry
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
