Job Description
Position Title:
HR Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Human Resources department.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on succession planning, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and the hiring process from application to onboarding.
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills, foster leadership development, and drive growth.
Maintain and update employee records, track leave, and monitor performance metrics using HRMS.
Handle employee data changes in HR systems, including personnel files and payroll processing.
Address employee conflicts, grievances, and performance issues while collaborating with senior management to resolve complex HR matters.
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies in partnership with management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
Coordinate employee benefits enrollment processes.
Manage exit processes, including exit interviews, full and final settlements, and reporting insights to management while maintaining records.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
Dependable, diligent, flexible, and results-oriented team player.
Solid knowledge of standard corporate HR policies and procedures.
