Position – Head – Operations

Experience – 18 to 28 Years

Location – Pune

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Oversee the production, assembly, and fabrication of heavy engineering products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Implement effective production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments and quality standard and minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all plant operations are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices, reducing waste, and improving manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement production plans, forecasts, and schedules in coordination with the sales, engineering, and supply chain teams.
