Looking for a Lead sales with 1-4 years in sales who is able to work in a fast-paced start-up surrounding and having desire to continually learn, improve and go the extra mile.
They are someone who is excellent in communication, experienced in working with e-commerce platforms. They should be energetic, enthusiastic and willing to travel.
They are someone who stays in Mumbai, currently serving notice period or willing to join within 30 days.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating leads, meeting prospects on daily basis, managing sales funnel and lead conversion to active clients
- This is a multidisciplinary role, where the primary purpose is to onboard clients on the platform and perform key account management
- You are responsible to acquire new clients, generate new leads and manage existing accounts on a regular basis
- You will work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns and continually look for ways to improve the processes and systems
- You will also work with management to develop strategy and long-term planning for the eCommerce sales team
- Management experience in sales, preferably in ecommerce industry, including positions of leadership
- Perform daily and monthly reporting of sales funnel and create new channels for generating new leads to convert
Mandatory Requirements:
- A track record of handling entire sale cycle right from prospecting till client onboarding
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets consistently
- Ability to build relationships, both internally and externally
- Continuously iterate and improve upon sales processes
- Preferred Requirements:

Eligibility Criteria:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in e-commerce platforms

Job Location: Kanjurmarg/Marine Drive, Mumbai WFO 6 days/week
