Job Description
The role of a Business Development Manager – Channel Partner, would involve channel partner acquisition and account management in the designated zone by building a strong network of real estate brokers in an allocated area and developing partnerships with them.
Key Responsibilities :
- Regular visits to the channel partners, new and old, to build a strong influence over the network.
- Ensure a continuous flow of customer databases and leads through the help of your channel partners.
- Ensure the highest level of quality in leads: A high-quality lead can be defined as an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner.
- Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction.
- Follow up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests.
- Ensuring engagement of channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company Maintaining the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conduct
External Skills And Expertise
- Minimum a Graduation or Similar Qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their businesses.
- Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the Channel Partners and End Customers.
- A two-wheeler with a valid license.
- Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language.
- A highly motivated individual who is target-driven.
- Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability.
