Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings on job boards and internal platforms, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding Assistance: Help prepare and organize onboarding materials for new hires, coordinate orientation sessions, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, both digital and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Administration: Assist with HR-related paperwork, including contracts, policy documents, and performance evaluations.
Training and Development: Support the organization and coordination of employee training sessions or workshops.
Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Other Duties: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including preparing reports, conducting research, and performing other HR-related tasks.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Strong interest in HR practices and employee management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
