Job Title: Management Trainee: Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition

Job Locations: Vadodara

Shift Time: Night shift 

Salary: 20k

Work Hours: Mon – Fri (Week Off: Sat & Sun)

hift Timings: (7 PM to 5 AM) IST

Office Location: Vasna Road, Vadodara.

No Experience is Needed.

Training: Classroom training and On the Job training. (The salary would be counted from the day of joining. Hence, it will include the training period too)

Education: Degree in any field

Note: There is no bond system.

Roles & responsibilities

• Analyse the job description, understand client requirements, and source potential applicants
• Call applicants in the US to discuss client requirements
• Access applicants skills, and experience for the defined role
• Negotiate pay/ salary, and other employment terms for current and future job requirements
• Submit potential applicants to hiring managers, and coordinate interview schedules
• Coordinate with applicants, and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

 Skills required

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficient with MS Office (preferred)
• Go-getter attitude
