Job Responsibilities of the Manager – Accounting and Finance
General Ledger Accounting
Accounts Payable
Accounts receivable
TDS/GST compliances & Notices
Employee Reimbursements
Vendor Master Management
Reporting & Closing:
Timely closing and reporting every month
Ensuring all Balance sheet accounts are justified
Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
Compliance to IND AS (local reporting) and IFRS (Group reporting)
Audits:
Co-ordination with Auditors and timely completion of Statutory, Tax and Group Audit
Accounts Payable:
Invoice booking as per the timelines
Making Vendor payments on time
Creation of Vendor master within timelines
Regular vendor and intercompany account reconciliations
Review and cleaning of Aged vendor payables, advances and GRNI
Accounts receivable:
Accounting of Customer payments
Providing analytical reports to Stakeholders
Internal Controls:
Ensuring all processes are complying with the Group Internal control framework
Tax Compliances:
All requirements related to TDS and GST are complied
Simplification/Automation:
Continuous review of processes to identify automation and simplification opportunities
Team Management:
To provide leadership, direction and management to the finance shared services center team in a
manner that ensures exceptional service to all stakeholders and that produces market differentiation
and competitive advantage

Requirements for the Manager – Accounting and Finance Position: Qualification & Experience
Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance or Experienced Inter CA
Approximately 5 years post qualification experience, working in the Financial Shared Services domain in a Manufacturing set up would be preferred
MNC Experience desired. Executives working with reputed Indian MNC’s could also be considered
Expertise in General ledger accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Auditing, Group reporting and adept to tax compliances and SAP processes.
Proficiency in Digital Tools / Automation
