Join us in shaping the spiritual landscape and inspiring individuals on their journey towards a more fulfilling life.Job Description:As Content & Brand Manager, you willplay a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our content strategy, ensuring that our offerings resonate with individuals seeking spiritual insights and personal development. This role involves overseeing the content creation process, managing a team of content creators, and ensuring that all content meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. The key objectives would be to increase brand reach and awareness across social media platforms through strategic content dissemination and social media campaigns, while on-site content efforts will focus on enhancing user engagement, increasing time spent on site, boosting retention, and growing the total number of users. Content Creation and Management:● Lead the creation and management of engaging and relevant content (video, audio and written) across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.● Overseeing content calendar management, content distribution, and establishing editorial guidelines to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.● Collaborate with spiritual leaders, authors, and practitioners to incorporate diverse perspectives into our content.● Analysis and evaluation of content effectiveness through the analytics tools, leveraging acquired insights to iteratively enhance and optimize content for improved audience engagement.Onsite Content Management● Oversee the planning, creation, and publication of high-quality content for the company website, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and aligned with the brand’s voice and goals. The key objective of onsite content would be to increase user engagement, time spent on site, retention, and overall user growth● Utilize analytics and user data to make informed decisions for continuous improvement. Social Media Strategy● Define the goals and objectives of the to be achieved through our social media presence which will be the basis for the entire strategy, create and execute the content calendar, which aligns with the goals defined.● Build a deep understanding of our audience their preferences, demographics, and online behavior to create content that captures their attention while regularly analyze social media metrics to gauge the performance of your strategy ● Manage all engagement and interactions Foster a community by responding promptly, addressing concerns, and encouraging user-generated content.Customer Communication● Own customer communication across all touchpoints both on and off platform Develop strategies to deliver impactful messages that resonate with the target audience, conveying information clearly while maintaining a consistent brand voice.● Build the content for all marketing channels including but not limited to Whatsapp, Email, Customer Service Responses.Brand tone of voice:● Define and maintain the brand’s tone of voice across all customer touchpoints.● Work closely with all teams to ensure consistency in brand representation and adherence to visual guidelines.Team Leadership:● Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals, including content creators, customer experience specialists, and communication experts.● Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and excellence.Qualifications & Skills:● Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5-8 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, and management.● Proven experience in developing and executing successful Ideating and articulating content ideas in a manner that is engaging and easily understood by consumers● Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills● Experience in managing video content ideation, production, and executionIf this role interests you, request you to apply here or contact me at namrata.manek@metamorph.work with the subject line ‘Brand Marketing Mumbai’
