About the Role: The HR Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the unit’s HR efficiency by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Location: Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Gurugram

Qualification & Experience:
8 – 12 years of HR experience with atleast 5 years in the healthcare/ hospital industry.
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Key Deliverables:
Maintain the work structure by regularly updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Establish a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommend changes.
Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Conduct periodic pay surveys; schedule and conduct job evaluations; prepare pay budgets; monitor and schedule individual pay actions; recommend, plan, and implement pay structure revisions.
Train managers to coach and discipline employees; schedule management conferences with employees; resolve employee grievances; counsel employees and supervisors.
Study and assess benefit needs and trends; recommend benefit programs to management; direct the processing of benefit claims; evaluate and award benefit contract bids; design and conduct educational programs on benefits.
Monitor and implement applicable state HR requirements; conduct investigations; maintain records; represent the organization at hearings.
Prepare, update, and recommend human resource policies and procedures; maintain management guidelines.
Design a filing and retrieval system; maintain historical human resource records.
Attend educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; participate in professional societies to maintain professional and technical knowledge.

Candidate Skills Required:
Demonstrates the ability to work accurately with minimal supervision and effectively plan and organize their work schedule.
Proficient in speaking, listening, and comprehending instructions to understand and execute tasks as required by supervisors and related departmental personnel.
Exhibits a strong affinity for teamwork, contributing positively to group efforts and maintaining effective working relationships.
Shows enthusiasm and a proactive approach to tasks, enhancing overall productivity and workplace morale.
