We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing lead to drive our digital strategy and brand visibility. As a dynamic and results-driven Performance and Branding lead at Dr Lal Pathlabs, you will leverage your expertise in performance marketing channels, you will spearhead campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.Role & responsibilitiesDevelop and manage comprehensive digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROIAnalyse market trends and data to find opportunities, enhance campaigns, and raise return on investment.Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growthOversee and optimize performance marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, Mobile app and influencer marketingCreate and manage yearly digital campaign budgets.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platformsManage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and results-driven performanceStay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to implement innovative and effective strategies.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementPreferred candidate profileExcellent and precise writing SkillsEffective at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlinesProactive, with good interpersonal and time-management skillsProven working experience in D2C campaigns (8-10 years)Minimum 8-10 year experience in consumer facing brand or AgencyHands on experience in setting and running Google Adwords, Facebook campaignsComfortable with GA4Qualification: MBA or relevant degree
