Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex projects across multiple modules and value chain teams
Ensure timely and successful delivery, maintaining scope, budget, and quality
Manage risks, issues, and reporting to the Program and Portfolio level
Handle project change management and provide input for business cases
Maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization and ensure effective collaboration
Contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in any engineering specialization
Project management certification (e.g., Prince2, IPMA)
8-10 years of proven experience in managing medium-to-high complexity R&D projects in the manufacturing industry
Expertise in project management tools (SAP PPM, MS Project, JIRA)
Strong command of English (verbal and written)
Experience managing global matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
Competencies:
Strong leadership skills in managing teams through challenging projects
Result-oriented, responsible, and enthusiastic about continuous improvement
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in conflict resolution
Commercial understanding and ability to integrate external partners into your work
Organized, structured, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently
