Job Description

To transcribe the discharge summaries dictated.
– Ensuring quality of output with marginal or zero errors.
– Ensuring the documents is submitted on time to the consultant for signatures.
– To coordinate with Nursing Team if dictation required help in interpretation.
– to do the discharge summary typing before the patient discharges
– If the hand written summary received, type and send for consultants signature.
– To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization

Days/Time: Mon: Sat/ 11 am to 5pm
