What You’ll Do:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, and

Ads.
Track performance, tweak strategies, and ensure top-notch results for multiple clients.
From event tracking to A/B testing, you’ll dig deep into analytics to refine campaigns and make data-backed decisions.
Manage up to 3-4 clients at once, keeping them happy with creative ideas, results-driven strategies, and excellent communication.
Strategize ad spends like a pro, leveraging cohort analysis to allocate resources efficiently.
Team up with creatives to bring winning ideas to life.
Keep an eye on the latest advertising technologies, trends, and platforms. Be the first to test, adopt, and innovate.

What We’re Looking For:

2-4 years in a digital marketing agency with a strong track record in performance marketing or growth marketing.
Proficiency in event tracking, CRM integrations, and advanced audience targeting.
Certifications like Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and

Ads? Even better!
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and creative flair to craft campaigns that shine.
Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with internal teams and external clients.
Candidates based in Goa get extra brownie points.
