Job Description

1. Managing export documentation and compliance: Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all export documentation, including customs forms, shipping labels, and certificates of origin. Ensuring compliance with export laws and regulations in the destination country.

2. Coordinating logistics: Working with shipping companies and freight forwarders to arrange transportation of goods to international markets. Handling logistics issues such as shipping delays, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling.

3. Managing export orders: Processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products to international customers.

4. Handling customer inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and shipping logistics. Providing support to overseas customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Developing export strategies: Working with the sales and marketing teams to develop export strategies and identify new markets for the company’s products. Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective export strategies.

6. Budgeting and forecasting: Developing and managing the export budget to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness. Forecasting export sales and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate the success of export operations.

7. Building relationships with overseas partners: Developing and maintaining relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and other business partners to support the export activities of the company. Negotiating contracts and agreements with overseas partners to ensure mutually beneficial business relationships.
