Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top technical talent across various fields, including Network Security, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and Windows server.
• Sourcing Candidates: Apply a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Perform detailed screening and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the organization.
• Collaborative Support: Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their unique requirements.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Graduation / Postgraduate.
• 2+ years of experience in technical hiring – Enterprise Support, Networking/Infrastructure background (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions within the relevant industry.
• Proven track record of successfully filling challenging positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

This is a Work from office role, you are required to be based in Chennai.
