Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top technical talent across various fields, including Network Security, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and Windows server.
- Sourcing Candidates: Apply a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Perform detailed screening and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the organization.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their unique requirements.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Graduation / Postgraduate.
- 2+ years of experience in technical hiring – Enterprise Support, Networking/Infrastructure background (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions within the relevant industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling challenging positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
This is a Work from office role, you are required to be based in Chennai.
