We are seeking a highly skilled L3 IT Support Engineer with extensive experience in administering and troubleshooting Trend Micro Apex One and PAM OR PIM (Privileged Identity Management) solutions. This role involves providing advanced support, ensuring the optimal performance of security systems, and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Management:
Configure, deploy, and manage Trend Micro Apex One security solutions.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Trend Micro PIM solutions.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular updates and patches.
Manage security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide high-level support for complex issues related to Trend Micro Apex One and PIM.
Investigate and resolve escalated incidents and problems efficiently.
Perform root cause analysis to prevent future issues and improve system reliability.
