About the Job
Location: Remote (India Only)
Schedule: Flexible work hours (20–40 hours per week)
Salary: Starting Rs. 4,00,000 Per Annum. Based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities:
Upload videos/graphics, manage reviews, and keep accounts updated
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Ensure branding consistency across all channels
Organize events or promos to boost customer engagement
Manage contact databases and lead generation activities
Research influencers and form strategic partnerships
Set up and manage affiliate accounts and payouts
Monitor KPIs, adjust budgets/bids, and review keyword performance
Develop content strategies aligned with audience insights
Analyze competitor trends and marketing activities
Execute SEO strategies and conduct keyword research
General administrative tasks and ad hoc duties
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or marketing/business-related certification
1+ years in digital marketing
Proven experience in content writing/copywriting
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Knowledgeable in content management systems
Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work during graveyard shifts
