Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the food and cosmetics ingredients sector.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and onboarding new customers.
· Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
· Collaborate with the technical and product teams to provide tailored solutions for clients.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business agreements.
· Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management.
· Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand the company’s network and brand presence.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Busines or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in sales within the food or cosmetics ingredients industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of the ingredients market, including trends and regulations.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
